When Jenson first took his arts to the streets of New York, he never expected the whirlwind of success that awaited him. Not only did he sell every canvas he painted, but within six months into his professional career he created his first large scale ten foot by ten foot painting, "Man of the Eighties." to be exhibited at the internationally famous night club, The Palladium. This was his first masterpiece in his "colorism style, and most amazing was the fact that it was painted in only one inspired night. The bold work caught the attention of CBS news which aired this feature profile about the young artist's life, calling him, one of "New York's most promising people."
